Gurrane Boat Club was honoured to be selected as one of the recipients of the Lauri Healy Community Support Fund by Cara Credit Union. Thanks to this generous funding, we were able to purchase a brand-new set of oars — equipment that played a key role in preparing our teams for one of the biggest events of the year.
We were delighted to receive the oars just in time for the All-Ireland Coastal Rowing Championships, where they were proudly used by our crews. This timely support gave our rowers an added boost heading into the competition and will continue to benefit our teams for seasons to come.
