Well done to all our Gurrane Boat Club crews who participated in the Callinafercy Cliff Rowing Club’s annual regatta on Saturday, 2nd August. With perfect rowing conditions and a brilliantly run event, it was a great day on the water.
A special shoutout to our Senior Men and U16 Boys who brought home more medals for the club — fantastic performances from both crews.
We’d also like to congratulate Kevin, James, and Aisling, who rowed as part of the Callinafercy Senior Men’s crew that finished second on the day. A great achievement and a testament to the strength and depth of rowing talent within the club.
Next weekend, it’s a double header as we prepare to compete at both Valentia and Portmagee Regattas. Training continues and we look forward to another busy weekend of racing ahead.
